This is the second time that Desmond has serviced a washing machine for us. The first time he serviced and repaired a very old washing machine and provided excellent information that enabled us to keep it running for several additional years. After a new machine was purchased it needed service after only two years. Upon examination it was discovered that the issues we experienced were due to "operator error" requiring no parts or additional service. Desmond is polite, professional, very service oriented and stands head and shoulders above all of the other servicemen that we have dealt with. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest rating, I would rate him a 6, but the scale doesn't go that high.
