Good Technician, Scheduling Service Needs Work
Very pleased with the work done by our technician (Cleo). Not his fault, but didn't like being rescheduled out for an additional week at the last minute. Also a smaller window (instead of a full day) would be helpful. The customer has appointment obligations too, and having to commit an entire day can be very difficult.
