The above microwave stopped working. Jestavian diagnosed that we needed a new magnetron and ordered one. He returned the following week and installed it. All is currently working. The texts that I kept receiving were often confusing...offering new dates, setting up a virtual appointment (to install a part??!). There should be a number that a customer can easily call to verify date and time rather than blocking out 8-5.
