The technician, Ross, was thorough in checking all the possibilities that would cause an electrical odor Monday when I turned on the dryer, very polite and efficient in his manner and work, and I was very pleased with the service work. However, I scheduled this service for Wednesday, and Sears had to reschedule me (the first time this has ever happened to me), and the time frame was 8am to 5pm, without a text or call the night before to narrow down the time frame. That customer service is not worthy of 5 stars.

Chuck was on time and we were notified that he was on his way with his picture and his name. He was very pleasant and quick. He made sure we knew his name and put his booties on. He went to the basement with my husband and replaced the part as well as making sure that it was not clogged and reiterated to me what was done as I was not with them downstairs.
