Lamar was very professional, kind and friendly. He was on time. He called to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated, Sears, you are very lucky to have such a nice young man working for you.

Daniel K and Carl were my technicians. They were great. Daniel was head technician and he was into getting my washer fixed! He worked really hard and it appears washer is fixed. Daniel worked so hard and knows his stuff!

Friendly and upbeat. Came prepared with plastic shield to protect the floor while working. Got problem that resulted in call fixed. Identified that the washing machine will not last much longer. Transmission noise indicates it is wearing out. Prepare to replace the washer.
