Daniel was a very polite and knowledgeable person. Arrived before stated time and went directly to work. It was the yearly maintenance check on 2 appliances, washing machine and clothes dryer. He gave wonderful tips about the use of both appliances. I've had these appliances for 10 years, not aware of additional usage could be applied which would save me time and money for cleaning materials. Even though he had to return to repair an issue, he was still friendly and helpful.
