Mr Jason D arrived exactly on time he stated. He was thorough, courteous, and professional. He completely explained what the problem was (with our washer) and what he needed to do to repair it. His work was superb and efficient. We are very appreciative of Sears Home Service and the very fine technicians who work for them.
