He should run this company. He apologized for the way I was treated and treated me like gold. You should be so grateful that you have an employee that cares about their customer. I had 3 no show appointments for my dishwasher, washer and dryer.. It's awful the money we pay as a customer for a service and then you can't even speak to a customer service representative about any problems or to schedule appointments. A very bad mistake. I have been a customer of Sears for over 30 years. I will not take out any more protection policies for my appliances with your company. Charles deserves recognition for a job. Well done. He deserves a big raise. Thank you Charles for getting my appliances checked out.

Victor is the BEST technician!!!!! He is an EXCELLENT and VALUABLE asset to your company. The company should NOT be calling Victor to discuss parts that he has receipts for that he picked up while he is attempting to arrive at an appointment to help a customer. The company needs serious improvement, as this held up my appointment and EXTRA HOUR while he had to sit on his van in front of my home having to discuss parts with someone while I HAD TO WAIT which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of the Company. The Company gets ZERO STARS. UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!!!!! Victor gets 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
