Extremely pleased with the entire Sears repair service. Our appt. Was scheduled the next day, Bob called early letting us know when he would be there and was very well trained. He had the problem diagnosed and had a new one installed within an hour. He was a very nice man to work with. We would highly recommend Sears appliance service.

Peter called this morning to give me an approximate time for today's service call. This call was greatly appreciated, because it helped me to plan my day. Peter arrived with an assistant who, evidently, is an apprentice. Both men went to work on my refrigerator, I needed to have a light bulb replaced and also needed to have the freezer filter replaced. I had supplies for both of those replacements on hand , The men checked and cleaned the rubber insulation around the refrigerator and freezer doors. They vacuumed sides and below the unit. They were thorough in all the work that they did. I have had Sears service contracts on that Maytag refrigerator for upwards of 14 years. Peter and his colleague did the best inspection and maintenance of all, I will try to request them to return for the maintenance call next year. I am grateful for this excellent service.
