Wonderful experience!
Luis was my Mr. Maytag repairman. He diagnosed the issue, gave me options and fixed my 1985 Maytag washer. I am so thrilled! Such a nice gentleman too!

Chad has worked on several of our appliances and always does an exceptional job! He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and always takes time to explain what needs to be done if we need a repair. Chad is also very good about keeping us in the loop as far as our scheduled visits and texting or calling when he is on the way. Chad gets 5 stars from us!

The technician that came in today 6/10 @ 2.15pm. Was the best. He took no time to pull apart our Maytag dryer, replace the part and, have it working. We are impressed as he took less than 15 minutes to complete the job, now that is what we call "service with a smile"!! Thank you again "Sears Technician" for an amazing experience.
