Dryer Repair
Shaun was excellent. He checked my dryer and found many problems. He explained each one thoroughly and I realized I'd be better off to purchase a new dryer. He was honest and didnt "push" getting my dryer repaired. For what it would have cost, the better option is to purchase a new dryer. I appreciated his honesty and the information he shared about buying a new dryer.

My dryer wouldn't heat & the technician replaced the heating element, then cleaned out excessive lint to prevent it from happening again. George was very informative & I understood the work & related pricing. I was glad to be early in the schedule.

Nic is a very knowledgeable repairman. He took his time and fixed the washer on the first visit. I am very impressed with him! It is hard to find quality people like Nic in the workforce now days. He deserves to be well paid!!!

For my dryer repair service, I found the experience with Sear Repair very frustrating. The two service technicians were great - knowledgeable and competent. However, the company business model of scheduling service is not great - you must be available from 7am - 6 pm! For one appointment, I received a text message at 5:55pm letting me know that "due to scheduling issues" the technician wasn't going to make it (no surprise at that point). Most service repair and delivery companies I have used in the past specify morning or afternoon, at least. Why can't Sears do this?
