Daniel kept me informed of his arrival time with phone calls as well as notice of his arrival, very good communication! He was very efficient and professional with his work ethic and courtesy! He shared a lot of product information which I appreciated as the owner of a Maytag Centennial washer, to help me understand the inner workings of such a machine as he ran diagnostics on it. His demeanor is very courteous and professional and he reflects well on Sears Home Services! Thank you so much Daniel!

My dryer started making a high-pitched squealing noise. I submitted a service request and Robert came out the very next day. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue. I was impressed! Great service, professionalism, and timeliness. Thank you!

Kyle was persistent in finding out a resolution to the problem. He suggested a change in the way the softener is used by thinning out the solution for easier dilution by the washing machine. I will try his suggestion the next time I use softener and see what happens. Kyle was polite and courteous and determined to find a remedy to the problem. Diluting the softener product to a 50% softner/50% water had not been resolving the problem. Looks like a 75% water/25% softener is the next experiment to try.
