A technician like this one, I had the experience of him taking care of your appliances like it's his own is outstanding, Sears couldn't have a better technician. He deserves a 10 out of 10 he went above and beyond.

Our technician, David, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed and explained the issue to us, completed the repair and then tested the washer to ensure it worked properly. We were also able to track the estimated time of arrival through the appointment portal which was very helpful.
