I had received a call the day before my service date to let me know that if I don't have the part for the washer, which is what we were fixing, to let my technician know. So this concerned me and I made multiple calls and sent multiple text to the Sears site to try to alert him. When he arrived, he said oh I just go pick out my parts from the main office every morning before I load my truck -which was wonderful to hear!! He kept me abreast of when he would arrive. He was here, I would say top 20 to 25 minutes, fixing my washer successfully and then proceeded to leave and was very friendly. Once again we say thank you very much, Eric!! The Warren Family

The technician was early, kind, very communicative and took his tile share why the applicants was not working. Went the extra step to show and leave with me the broken heater coil.

Scott is a 100% total profession & really knows his way around a dryer, he diagnosed the problem right away, disassembled the dryer right away, repaired it, & reassembled the dryer all in about 30 minutes. Promote Scott now! Thank you very much, Michael A Smith
