Dmitri determined right away what the problem was for my refrigerator not operating and after replacing the part he identified, once installed, the refrigerator started cooling and the freezer started freezing. Still waiting to see if my refrigerator can make ice. Still to be determined, which might be a separate issue from the start. Regardless, Dmitri did a great job.
