Zakary was a pro. When determined an additional part was needed, they went out and got the part from the warehouse instead of scheduling another delivery/install date. They were very professional and had great customer service.

I am very impressed with Sears service and my technician!! They were able to schedule an appointment very fast, had excellent communication. And reasonable pricing. My technician was very good! He fixed our problem quickly with minimal expense and was very informed and pleasant to work with. I will definitely them again if I need something fixed!
