I am disgusted with Sears warranty, not the servicemen. The work on this dishwasher started nov 2023. It is working now but for how long? The servicemen have been here 10 times since February.

Dallas did a great job in repairing the lid to our washer. He found that the part needed was at a nearby location, so he went there, got the part, and was able to install it soon afterward. He was very professional and courteous, and neat and cleanly dressed. He is an exemplary service technician for Sears!
