my experience with the warranty company was terrible, my wife and I got jerked around for over a week. we new it was important that someone like David come in right away to look at our machine but you all kept ordering parts before knowing the real problem. To our point you shipped parts we nerver used or needed, just a tech coming out was enough and was able to fix the problem. If you had'nt cancelled our first appointment we would have our problem fixed alot sooner. Again instead of keeping our appointment you canceled without even speaking to us to order parts. Your communication with the customer sucks and my wife and I seriously are thinking about not re-upping our contract, we were told that a check for some cominsation is to be mailed to us and we hope that is true. Maybe by your party showing soom concern to the customer we would change our minds.

Gary was great. he explained the repair, made sure he ordered the correct part. when he showed up to complete the repair, he insured the part was correct, cleaned up his area made sure we checked the work. drove off. I did not appreciate that his scheduled appointment*am-1200pm he did not show up I called home service # and the person I spoke to said my parts was still on order that was the reason for the no show. The parts were delivered on Friday I received and e-mail with an appointment from Sears. I fill sears left me hanging waiting all day from he showed up at 3:00pm. Gary was understanding and very professional. I will think twice when my home warranty sends any request to repair any parts covered to Sears Home Service

Even though my washer wasn't fixed on the first appointment, Brian was a very nice guy and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and give me a window for a possible fix after ordering parts. Looking forward to having my washer fixed in a few weeks or so. I'm glad to see that the home warranty I purchased is allowing me to keep and repair my washing machine. It's one of the last Maytag Models that still has a Stainless steel drum and a cast-iron transmission. I really wasn't looking forward to getting a replacement made with plastic parts!

Keith did a great job. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks to get him on the job. I am not very happy that it took 3 weeks to get this machine working when the right person got on it and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Not very happy at all.!!!
