Byron came into a chaotic house with a laundry room that nobody would ever want, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was understanding of our circumstances, explained everything, and even though it would've been smarter to get a new machine, he fixed this old miserable machine with no complaint. It's working fine, hopefully breathing a bit more life into it, and by the next time it breaks down, we will be able to get a new one.
