Robert was able to diagnose and repair our clothes washer problem in no time! It seemed like "user error" at first, but he actually ran a cycle just to be sure, and the washer didnt run. Anyone else would've packed up and left. Robert was prompt and courteous and didn't seem to mind that I hovered slightly to watch what he was doing! Great job, Robert! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rickey was very professional and personable and clearly explained the problem with the dryer as well as the options for fixing it. He was able to both diagnose the problem and fix it during the first visit—just hours after I called to schedule an appointment! Would highly recommend A&E / Sears home services for appliance repair!

Our experience with Sears repair service sucked. 1st of all your tecks need to be trained better. We waited 4 weeks for a screw to be delivered. Rec'd everything else in 2 days from tecks visit. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars and time spent at the laundry mat for a family of 5. Final decision from Bryan we needed NO parts for repair. Just a screw needed to be tightened. A trained teck would of known this. Because of Sears unknowledgeable teck I can only hope that Sears would compensate with a reimbursement for my inconvenience. Suggestion maybe you should have new untrained tecks shadow trained tecks like Bryan till they know what they're doing and not inconvenience your customers.

Michael was wonderful but the people you talk to on the phone are not very helpful. I talked to Michael and he was on his way but he said the people on the phone said I cancelled my appt. Michael said I just talked to her. They are overseas and don't understand what we are saying. Washer is fixed!!
