Great tech, lousy call center experience

His service was spot on. However dealing with your call center was a -1 out of five. It took almost a month for you to dispatch a technician and you stood us up on 2 different occasions after the appointment had been scheduled. Probably one of the worst, time wasting experiences I've had with a service company. I spent nearly five hours total on hold, not to mention 4 hours wasted waiting for the tech on the first scheduled appointment and another 4 hours wasted waiting for the tech on the second scheduled appointment. No one called, emailed or texted to let us know that both appointments weren't going to be fulfilled. Worst experience ever......

Joel arrived on time. He is very friendly and nice! He got our washer running and that was a huge relief! Thank you Joel !!!!! If we ever need something repaired I sure hope that he is the technician sent our way!

Bruce was polite, went to the washer and began to scan it. I left. About 10 minutes later he was ready to leave. Said washer was balanced and should not move with a washing. If I heard the barrel banging, call again.
