Shane is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Although it took some time to schedule the return to install the new parts, that was not his problem. Bottomline, Shane knew what was needed to fix the Maytag dryer.

Good, reliable service with Sears! Had a leaky water filter and after 2 attempts, the tech fixed the issue. He knew it wasn't resolved the first time and had to order the correct part. He was honest and he worked fast. They show up when scheduled to do so.
