Bryan was excellent !!!!!!!! Sears not so much -------------- I called the phone number on my contract in order to renew my contract and could not get the Department for the Master Protection Agreements. I called several times, and searched the Internet but to no avail -- all I could reach was your automated Home Service Department. Thus, I will no longer use Sears. If you have no way for us to contact for renewing our contracts, it is save to believe you no longer want long-time customers. I'm not alone as many have told me. You advertise for people to have contracts with you --- but no one can find a working phone number that works for Sears Master Protection Agreements nor can we reach a live human being to ask about them. You simply don't want long-time Sears customers anymore.

James did a great job, of course i had to wait on parts to fix my fridge, he tex me let me know when you get the parts delivered, I did. He had the 1 extra part I needed in his truck, called me said he had and open appointment to repair earlier. Saved me an extra week with no fridge even i have an extra 1 in the garage. 6 days no fridge in the kitchen no choice. He always kept me up to date by texing. repair took about 2 hours. works great again.. He tex about 3 days later just to be sure everything was ok, nice guy, professional and great communication thru the process. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍
