Andrew did a really good job fixing our dishwasher. It just took a while for him to get back here from when he did the original estimate. He appears to be overloaded from what he said and therefore hast to cancel frequently with the customers. He did a really good job though when he came and should be commended for that.

Wayne is very hard working. He carries an enormous work load. He's been here working on my dishwasher too. You should lighten his assignments. He does a very good job.
