Tech was great. Scheduling it was a nightmare.
The technician was great. The only problem was getting the repair scheduled and getting the technician here to do the repair. I made my first call to get service scheduled on July 10th. I was told I would be contacted within 10 days because there wasn't a technician available for my area. I was finally contacted and told the technician was scheduled for two weeks away. The day he was supposed to be here I got a text message saying he was rescheduled for a week later. The service was completed today, August 07. This is twenty eight calendar days later. I think that is totally unacceptable. Why does it take so long. The reason we bought the contract was for service.

Have some answering the phone. Customers have the right to talk to something other than a machine. This is not good business.
