Luis did a very nice in the new compressor that he installed in the refrigerator. Luis explained that tomorrow after 24 hour will be making Ice . Before he left remove the debris in the floor. Luis did a very nice job I am very Happy with Sears And Luis ( Job Well Done)

Stacey was more than friendly each time he had to come out, very polite and absolutely respectful! I am 110% sure that he is one of the "good ones" that are still out there and guaranteed that the company has NO clue that without him they would be up a creek without a paddle! I assure you that because the first two men just put parts on my dryer and never even came close to fixing it! The second guy had only been gone about an hour and it was still making the noise it had before he replaced parts! Then when Stacey came it only took him about 5 minutes to find the broken part! He was awesome to work with, and I definitely recommend him! Thank you Stacey!!👍
