Paul was very knowledgeable and replaced the broken part. Our overall experience with Sears home services and our warranty however was unsatisfactory. We have been waiting since April to have our dryer repaired. We have had 3 appointments since April where Sears did not show up and it took 3 months just to receive the parts.
