Scott was very cordial, stayed in contact with me up to his arrival. He came in got right to work on the diagnosis, found the issue, shared the issue with me, informed me what was needed and the cost. He also shared the Sears Home Warranty of which I purchased. Scott completed the needed repairs, directed me to the payment options, verified payment and was on to his next stop. Great guy, great attitude and great personality.

Don did a great job in putting my Refrigerator back together. The Jazz board needed replacement on my Magtag Fridge. Don made sure everything was in working order before calling the job complete. Don was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A shout out also to tech Bill who would've completed the job if he had the part available.
