Perfect service person
As I have written before, Brandon W is perfect in all ways needed for service in your home. Timely, reliable, clear communication, knowledgeable, and thorough. He found a leak source, put in a new gasket and saw that due to the age of the dishwasher there were other leaks. Time for replacement. NOW, after 44 days, we are STILL WAITING for American Home Shield to replace the dishwasher. AHS, we have paid for your service for 8 years. Honor our contract with you!

The kid that came out was great, but our dishwasher still is not fixed and it has not been working since December 4 when I first requested a technician and we've been going back-and-forth with this for three months now apparently it's not repairable and American home. Shield is waiting to hear from you guys saying that so I can get a new dishwasher.
