Maytag repairman
Very nice gentleman. Explained the problem and advised due to my dryer being 24 years old that the moisture board is no longer available. Dryer is an original Maytag which we purchased in 2000. I am sad to know the problem cannot be solved.

The technician was on time the appointment. He was polite and Courteous . He was knowledgeable and efficient. He also recommended some minor things I could do to prevent reoccurrence. He Was able to assess the issue quickly and come up with a solution to resolve it .

Johnny is delightful, friendly professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable! He fixed my ice maker, steamed all the excess ice from my freezer and realigned the freezer and refrigerator doors. While he was working, he got calls from other repairmen and helped solve their problems, too! He never missed a beat during the calls and just kept right on working on my refrigerator. Johnny is clearly the repairmen's repairman, so it made me feel even more confident that he would get my refrigerator back in great shape! I don't know how much you all pay him, but it can't possibly be enough! I hope you realize how lucky you are to have Johnny C.! And I hope you do everything possible to keep him happy!
