New Maytag issues & resolution
Mark was excellent… recognized issue was with programming & sensing after several starts & stops. He reset program and started a cycle… seems to have worked.

The last 30 days, my Maytag "top load" washer was getting unbalanced loads almost every time I washed, regardless of what was washing, the size of the load or the setting. Turns out the spring suspension has worn out (unit is not very old, less than 10 years). The replacement parts have fixed the problem. Nothing it seems is built to last anymore. My previous Maytag washer was over 20 years old before I decided to update it..... Worst mistake ever! Gavin my repair technician, did a good job and I would recommend him and Sears home service. More than likely you will need to get an appliance repair performed like I did since most of what's out there is built to fail. As such you might as well select a repair company that does good work. Thank you
