Russell prior to arriving, was very professional, he diagnosed the issue with my washer. He told me the problem is that the washer is not getting any hot water due to my hot water tank going out on Sunday morning; I opened ticket with Choice Warranty (#253147274). Per Russell once the water heater is repaired the issue with the washer should be corrected.

Arrived when he said he'd be here, fixed the dryer knob in 15 minutes, took away boxes items came in. Explained how to use timer knob. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks, Eric! (By the way, dryer parts arrived 3 weeks ago and dryer could have been fixed August 15, previous service date, but apparently invoice or whatever said a part was pending (both parts were already here). I attempted to get in touch with a real person who I could explain that to on August 15 but only got an automated response and another 2 week delay. That was disappointing. Eric, however, fixed the problem quickly and easily and I appreciate his work. Again, thanks, Eric!
