Jody was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable regarding the issue with my refrigerator. Knew exactly what was wrong, did not have the part on his truck. So had to wait for it to be ordered. It is not an expensive part and seams to be the main issue with refrigerators the age of mine. I would consider stocking this item on the techs truck. Only one trip and repairs on done on same day and time of the inspection. Saving time and money.

Several technicians came to my house to fix the washer, but none of them could identify the problem. Michael was the one who finally solved it. I'm glad to be able to wash my clothes again!
Tam D,
Corona, CAExcellent Service
Brian arrived, immediately went to work on my washer. He reviewed the parts that had been delivered and proceeded to run the washer through its cycles. He found that a part, that lets the washer know how fast it is spinning was not working and needed replacing. He checked for the part to be available locally to no avail. He called his office to report what was wrong and waited for them to contact Choice Home Warranty for further instructions. He explained the process and was extremely informative, relieving me of a great deal of concern. Choice elected to replace, rather than repair so Brian picked up the parts, returned my machine to it's rightful place and left.
