The technician was wonderful. Arrived in a timely manner- called to let me know that he was on his way before hand so I could make sure someone was home. Tandy is very knowledgeable and professional young man. He did not have timer with his truck but he offered me to order and come to install it when he receives timer. He mentioned that I can order and install it. So instead of waiting I preferred to order myself to speed up the process.
