Brandon was professional, quick and efficient. He replaced the lid to our washer so that it would close and run properly. No issues with the technician but Sears should make it possible to reach someone by phone so that if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or if you need to clarify some information you don't have to completely re-submit a nee work order. Maybe there is a way to do this online but the process is not very user friendly.
