Adam was very congenial and efficient in doing his work. Unfortunately, he did not have the part necessary on his truck the first time he came through, even though I had put the make and model number down, along with a description of my issue. The inventory stated he had one, but he could not find it in the truck, so it had to be ordered. In the meantime, he was able to set the dryer up so that it temporarily did not make the noise that it had been making. That was very much appreciated.
