Thank you Cris for your follow through. We have a difficult address to find, and she made sure to find the address. She was able to get the washer working, and then explained what problems to watch for, and who to contact. This was the fourth attempt to repair the washer.

Douglas was very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was. It was the heating element. He showed me the old one. He told me he had to go to the van to get the part. He show me the new heating element. He then installed it and tested out the dryer, it works perfectly.
