Alex was professional and solved the issue with my washer quickly and efficiently. The previous technician had misdiagnosed the problem. Alex took the parts the the previous tech ordered that weren't needed and returned them. He was great. I appreciate how well he handled the issue.

Frank the service tech did a wonderful job for us. But you Sears are horrible; it took you over 2 months to get this completed and more money spent to fix then to replace. We ended up buying new washer and dryer because of your delay of parts and incompetent warranty service and so much money spent on laundry mat and travel. I will never purchase an appliance from you every again. Sincerely.

Naser was the best, he explained everything that went wrong with my washer and offered me lots of advice and tips so that whatever happened doesn't happen again. He was super personable and friendly. Can't say enough great words. Love him!
