Warren did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our problem. He first noted that our rubber gasket was not on track and showed us how it should be. He then tested other things and then got to the pump. We had two socks and a handkerchief and a pebble in there. He recommended using a mesh bag. He was courteous and efficient in his work. My son then came in and noted that this same repair person had fixed his complicated machine in Grover Beach, and that it now works well.
