It was a pleasure having Danny as our tech. He is pleasant and mannerly. He knows his job and does it well. The one thing I didn't like is your AI device. It is not as accurate with setting up the day as it needs to be. It was quite inconvenient for us. It needs an upgrade or different method.

Bryan was excellent !!!!!!!! Sears not so much -------------- I called the phone number on my contract in order to renew my contract and could not get the Department for the Master Protection Agreements. I called several times, and searched the Internet but to no avail -- all I could reach was your automated Home Service Department. Thus, I will no longer use Sears. If you have no way for us to contact for renewing our contracts, it is save to believe you no longer want long-time customers. I'm not alone as many have told me. You advertise for people to have contracts with you --- but no one can find a working phone number that works for Sears Master Protection Agreements nor can we reach a live human being to ask about them. You simply don't want long-time Sears customers anymore.
