Very pleased with David and Sears home repair. Excellent communication via the AI bot - and David also called to let me know where he was and how long it would be before he got here. Went right to work and got the filter fixed. Great job

Sergii diagnosed our ancient Maytag washer (which we unfortunately destroyed beyond repair). He was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as genuinely humble, kind and helpful. You really couldn't ask for a better human or better service. Exactly why we always use Sears technicians to service our appliances!

I had a great experience getting my washer fixed. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what the issue was. He worked efficiently and had my washer up and running again much quicker than I expected. I really appreciated how respectful he was in my home and how he made sure everything was clean before leaving. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.
