This has been a very frustrating week experience. Jesse, our technician, was AWESOME. But you can't call the company, everything is done online, and their online systems are broken. I would give Sears a minus 10 but Jesse is fabulous. .

Edwin came to do dryer maintenance but on top of that he replaced a part for my washer while he was here. Over and beyond service call. I would have had to wait for the washer guy to come. Thank you Edwin for your outstanding service.

He was professional and kind and showed me exactly what the problem was and how my washing machine was supposed to work fix it with no problem and left me with more information about my machine that I had ever known. Highly recommend him to any and everyone I come across with Problems they might have for their washing machine refrigerator or anything else. I give him 5 stars for the best work ever and professionalism.
