Not only got our extremely old (but still functioning perfectly) dryer repaired in one visit, but spotted a secondary problem with a leak in our washer, so we are able to deal with that before it causes a huge problem. Thank you for being so conscientious.

Stephen was able to diagnose the root of the problem immediately. Unfortunately this required an additional trip, but that was hardly his fault. Stephen explained (and showed) us what the problem was. Fully tested the machine after repair and waited for the wash cycle to finish before declaring the problem cured. Wonderful job.
