Greg arrived asked what was happening with our 2009 Maytag Dryer and I told him it is not drying clothes. He said it sounds like the dryer koil and that is what it was. It is now heating and drying clothes.

This is the 2nd time I had the privilege to work with Eric. Eric takes the time to call me before arrival and asks me about the issues I was having and actually listens to me. Eric goes above and beyond to make sure I understand all that was going on and what was needed for the first repair even though the second was catastrophic for the washing machine. I highly recommend Eric for repairs as he is knowledgeable, honest, and informative. Thank you Eric for all you did!!!
