Stacey has worked on my old Maytag dryer two years ago for a different issue. He kept me informed and was very knowledgeable about my appliance and the best way to maintain it. He was also very helpful and courteous and I highly recommend him.

We are sure Sears keeps Jose very busy assisting customers with their non-working appliances. He is very knowledgeable on how to fix the break downs. He also is very customer service savvy. Polite, respectful, and sure of his ability to make the hints right. It was nice working with him.
