This is my second time to use Sears, through my home warranty company. Excellent service Both times. Communication was good. Larry let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. Fixed the problem and educated me on some maintenance items at the same time. They will always be my first choice for appliance repair.

David was very thoughtful. He called to tell when he was on his way and approx arrival. He added shoe covers before entering the house, without being asked. He immediately began troubleshooting and found the problem with solution quickly. Very happy with his service.

Without a doubt Mr Kegan is an exceptional employee with the patience, knowledge & understanding of the frustration that homeowners deal with. It has been almost 2 months, parts have been ordered twice, both times parts didn't work, in fact the second part came & was exactly the same as the first. I'm waiting to see what happens next!!!!!
