Saved the day!
After several contacts following the first technician's visit our washer finally got fixed by Leroy who took the time to pursue every option available to complete the task at hand. We are even expecting a partial refund of the repair fees we already paid.

Joe is a kind and knowledgeable man. Fixed our dryer in no time and gave me helpful hints for the dryer… (ie. only one dryer sheet at a time so vent doesn't get covered and dryer overheats). Gave me helpful hints for my wringerless washing machine too so drum stays balanced. Most appreciative of his great service!

The technicians we had at our house provided excellent service. However, the scheduling of appointments was a problem. Our first appointment was scheduled Sept 25. The tech came and had to come back. So that was 2 weeks later October 9. Another problem had to return Again another 2 weeks October 22. I then received an email that they were coming between 5-6 at night! THen another email that it was canceled! THey finally came on October 29 and fixed the problem. I would have preferred a phone call. When you try to call someone you can never get through. Techs were great. The scheduling is awful!
