Ivan is one of the rare tradesmen that is polite, personable and extremely knowledgeable about his work, especially rare in this current environment. Communication began once our appointment was booked. Ivan called to troubleshoot over the phone and was able to have all potential parts with him on the call. He efficiently assessed the situation then took the time to explain and show us the issues we had. He gave us options to get us up and running again. And he even tolerated my husband looking over his shoulder at every move!! LOL! We would definitely call Sears Home Service again, especially if we could request Ivan as our service technician!!

Cortez is a seasoned pro. Exceptional, friendly service. Completed diagnostic and repair quickly on our dryer, which wasn't heating up. The very high price for labor was our only issue. For this particular repair, I would YouTube and do it myself in the future.

I had complained about the late arrival and lack of notice, but turned out it was A&E's fault for giving Jonathan the wrong phone number. He was very efficient, took clothes dryer completely apart, cleaned all the parts and put it back together. The horrible noise was gone and no parts had to be ordered.
