Very pleased with overall service. Made call for repair late Monday afternoon (11 November) and service technicians was here shortly after 8:00 AM on 12 November. He had to return to shop for needed part, but returned to install the part within approximately 45 minutes. Repair complete - appliance working now.

He was on time, kept me informed of his time of arrival. He listened to my concerns and was able to correct the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem where two prior repair techs were unable to accomplish. I will be using Sears from now on for appliance repairs.

Stefan was punctual, professional, and technically knowledgeable. He tested the dishwasher, diagnosed the problem, came prepared with the correct part fixed the problem, tested it and cleaned up the working area. Excellent service!!
