Dan was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my washer and dryer. He fixed the issue fast. He also made my daughter laugh with his awesome character voices.

Mike is the only technician I will allow to work at my home he is kind and he knows what he is doing and it is ridiculous that you don't have other employees trained to be as thorough and reliable and honest as he is constantly. It will be a very sad day when he retires. I want to renew my warranty for one more year as I know that he is scheduled to retire in Marr h of 2028. I will call and find out the cost of that.

Huston was very pleasant and quickly responded. He felt the leak was from the soap dispenser only and when he ran the washer there was no leak when the soap dispenser emptied. He did not wait for the whole wash cycle to finish. I am running a 2nd wash cycle to verify that is no leak present through the whole wash cycle. I will call back if there is still a leak. Hoping his diagnostics were correct.
