Travis ended up at my home at 8am even though I was told by dispatch AND I added a customer need that no one would be home until 4PM. He called, I explained. He said he'd try to swing by later but had 9 stops. At 4pm he called and said he'd swing by!!!! In 45 minutes my dryer was up and running. Most techs would have NEVER come back by. He still had 2 more stops after me that evening. It's dark out and I'm sure he's still working those other 2 stops. He is so kind, flexible, dependable and fast. Don't let him go...he's one of the few great guys left. Thank you Travis!!!!!!!!!!!
